Domestic Shipping Policy
(U.S. Physical Address and PO BOX, excluding Alaska & Hawaii)
Miller Hats will make every effort to ship your hat or cap within two business days of receipt. Business days are Monday thru Saturday. The shipping department is closed Saturday and Sunday. Orders will be shipped by either U.P.S, FedEx, or USPS. If an email address is provided, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to you once the order ships. U.S. orders will be shipped via ground service, unless a faster shipping method is requested. Ground service takes 2 to 3 business days for delivery. Express delivery is available upon request (Policies below).
In order to assure on time delivery FedEx, and USPS require a complete and correct physical address. Post Office Box addresses will only ship via USPS. Double check your shipping address for accuracy. UPS and USPS charge additional fees for minor address errors and/or changes including zip code, apartment number; or the recipient requesting delivery to an address other than the one originally specified. Unless we are responsible for the error, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping charge incurred.
If your hat or cap is currently unavailable or there is a problem with your order, the customer service department will contact you as soon as possible. Miller Hats will make every effort to notify you of any problem via telephone or email within two to three business days of receipt of order.
Miller Hats will make every effort to ship your hat or cap within 1 business day of receipt when Express shipping is requested. Orders received after 8:00 am. will ship the next business day. You must call Miller Hats at 281-587-2295 to request this service before 11:00am CST. Please contact Miller Hats to request this service prior to ship date. Please be aware that once the order ships, the shipping method cannot be modified.
Shipping Policy Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico
In order to maintain low shipping costs, orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped by U.S. Mail.
Miller Hats makes every effort to ship orders out in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped by U.S Mail, which can take from 10 to 14 business days for delivery.
Express delivery is available upon request to most Hawaii and Alaska locations. You must specify this request when placing the order. Please contact Miller Hats at 281-587-2295 or by email for specific rates.
APO/Military Shipping Policy
Miller Hats will ship to all military addresses including APO, FPO, AE, etc. All military packages will be shipped by U.S. Mail. Please be aware that UPS and FedEx shipments are not available to military addresses.
Miller Hats makes every effort to ship orders out in a timely manner. All APO, FPO, AE, AP, etc. military orders are shipped by U.S Mail, which can take from 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on country and location.
Use the service member�s full name
All mail must be addressed to someone specific; addressing mail to �Any Service Member� is no longer permitted.
Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office�, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code� (if one is assigned).
International Shipping Policy
Miller Hats will ship to most international locations and countries. For security reasons we cannot ship to countries where package insurance is unavailable. For safety reasons (in case a package is lost or stolen) most packages are insured for the full amount of the order. In order to maintain low shipping cost all international packages will be shipped by U.S. Mail. ( USPS )
In most cases international orders only take approximately one day to process and ship.
Uniform Hats makes every effort to ship orders out in a timely manner. All international orders are shipped by U.S Air Mail, which can take from 10 to 14 business days for delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on country of destination. Please keep in mind that all international packages will go through a customs check point, therefore Miller Hats cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Customers are responsible for custom charges or international duty fees if applicable.
